Substitute E-Mail Form
Ok so as most of you know...our form here at Bittersweet Awards has a mind of its own. It works for the majority of the time, but sometimes it just doesn't want to send to my email. So if this happens to happen to you when you submit a video, you will need to email me your form instead. Not as quick and simple but it gets the job done. So instead of you having to make your own, I'm going to post a substitute E-Mail form that you can copy and paste into a new e-mail and fill out each portion of it.
Remember...If you use the Alternate Form please send it to:
